How do I determine which size I need?
Typically, the rear width of your fireplace determines the log size.
For example:
-A fireplace with a rear width between 18"-23" will use an 18" gas log set.
-A fireplace with a rear width between 24"-29" will use a 24" gas log set.
-A fireplace with a rear width between 30"-35" will use a 30" gas log set.
If you're unsure, take pictures of your fireplace, download & fill out our measuring guide, then bring it into our showroom or contact us and we will be happy to help.
Are your gas logs vented or vent-free?
All of our indoor gas logs are vented. We do offer some vent-free gas log sets for outdoor fireplaces.
What's the difference between vented & vent-free gas logs?
Vented gas logs are designed to be used inside a vented wood burning fireplace with gas line, as they use more Btu's and have a larger flame.
Vent-free gas logs are designed to be used in a ventless fireplace, as they use lower btu's and a lower flame. (These are not available in California for indoor use.)
Can gas logs be used in a direct-vent gas fireplace?
No, our gas logs are not designed to be used in a direct-vent gas fireplace. Direct-vent gas fireplaces can only use the logs designed by the manufacturer of that specific fireplace model.
Our gas logs are designed to be used inside a vented wood burning fireplace with gas line.
How long does it take to receive my gas logs once I purchase?
Most of our gas logs are instock and ship within 2-3 business days.
