Do you sell genuine (OEM) Jacuzzi® hot hub covers?
Yes, we purchase all of our covers directly from Jacuzzi® to ensure the correct fit for each model.
(However, Jacuzzi doesn't make their own covers. They purchase them from their suppliers. With that being said, some covers will have the Jacuzzi® logo on them and some will not.)
As a Jacuzzi® dealer we don't sell aftermarket covers. We buy all of our covers from Jacuzzi® directly.
What is the warranty on a Jacuzzi® hot tub cover?
Jacuzzi® offers a 1-year warranty on Play Collection covers.
Jacuzzi® offers a 3-year warranty on J-200, J-300, J-400, J-500 & J-LX Collection covers.
The warranty covers manufacture defect. Normal wear and tear isn't covered.
Make sure to hang on to the tag that comes with your hot tub cover as it contains the model & serial number. This information will be needed if a warranty claim is to be submitted.
What is the lifespan of a Jacuzzi® hot tub cover?
1 year on Jacuzzi® play covers and 3 years on Jacuzzi® J-200, J-300, J-400, J-500 & J-LX hot tub covers.
What are Jacuzzi® hot tub covers made out of?
ProLast® Acrylic outdoor fabric.
How long does it take to get a Jacuzzi® hot tub cover?
In stock Jacuzzi® hot tub covers typically ship within 2-3 business days.
Special order Jacuzzi® hot tub covers take 10 weeks to ship as they are made to order.
Why is shipping a Jacuzzi® hot tub cover so expensive?
The boxes are too large to ship standard UPS Ground, so they all must ship LTL Freight which costs much more.
